1. Overview

Memory Weaver is a digital subscription service. We do not ship physical goods, so no physical returns apply. This policy explains when you are entitled to a refund for a paid subscription and how refunds are processed.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund in the following cases:

Refunds are not available for partial subscription periods already consumed, or for accounts terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.

3. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed and credited back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days from the date the refund is approved.

Depending on your bank, card issuer, or mobile financial service (e.g., bKash, Nagad), it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your statement.

4. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@memory-weaver.net from the email address associated with your Memory Weaver account.
  2. Include the transaction ID (from your payment confirmation), the date of the charge, and the reason for the request.
  3. Our team will review and respond within 2 working days. If approved, the refund follows the timeline in Section 3.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

6. Payment Methods

Payments in Bangladesh are processed securely via SSLCommerz (cards, bKash, Nagad, and internet banking). International payments are processed via Paddle. Refunds are always returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
