1. Service Description

Memory Weaver is an AI-powered photo memory platform for preserving family stories, creating voice narrations, campfire community stories, and greeting cards.

2. Eligibility

Users must be 13+. Under 18 requires parental consent.

3. Subscription Tiers

Free, Member (৳300/mo), Pro (৳1000/mo). Auto-renew unless cancelled.

4. AI-Generated Content

Photos, narrations, and stories are AI-assisted. AI-generated images carry a "CRA" watermark. These are creative outputs, not factual records.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not upload illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Do not use AI features to generate misinformation
• Do not scrape or automate the service
• Respect others' privacy — only share photos you have rights to

6. User Content

You retain ownership of your photos and recordings. By uploading, you grant us a limited licence to process and store them for service delivery.

7. Limitation of Liability

Service provided "as is". Not liable for data loss — maintain your own backups. Maximum liability limited to 12 months of subscription fees.

8. Governing Law

Laws of Bangladesh. Disputes resolved in Dhaka courts.
